Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Monitoring Status

Our team continues to make substantial progress as we review documentation for the 225 FY 2026 applications selected for monitoring.  As of today, the team has completed 46% of the initial reviews and 18% of the final reviews.  If you have any questions during this process, please do not hesitate to contact the analyst responsible for monitoring your application for FY 2026 at any time.  Our goal is to finalize all initial reviews by the end of June.

FY 2025 Payments Update

We plan to release final FY 2025 payments for both Section 7002 and Section 7003 before the end of this fiscal year.  We also expect to issue formula construction payments for local educational agencies (LEAs) with at least 50% of their membership either living on Indian lands or with a parent in the Uniformed services by the end of the fiscal year. If you need a voucher for a recent payment, they are available at any time in the Impact Aid Grant System. Please view the user guide for specific instructions.

Payment Blocks for Remaining FY 2025 Funds

If you intend to request a payment block to stop additional Impact Aid payments before July 1, 2025, we strongly urge you to do so immediately. Please view the payment block user guide for specific instructions.

FY 2026 Amendment Deadline Reminder

The deadline to submit an amendment is June 30, 2025.
